'We have a 4 bedroomed 1960s house on a large plot, that needs a lot of updating and some extension work. We formed a good relationship with Brad after he visited us several times over the course of around a year, during which time we changed our minds several times! He was very patient and made several alterations to the plans. He was always ready with good ideas, but he was also very mindful of the costs. We have finally got well underway with the extension & renovation work and looking forward to the results. Brad is professional and reliable; he responded quickly to our (many) demands with good humour. He is a good communicator, and he was able to work with us in person and remotely, making use of digital modelling on occasions, which was very useful. 'We contracted Brad after seeing his businesses advertisement on our local Facebook noticeboard. It has been extremely handy living local to us as it has been easy for him to pop over when needed. Both me and my husband have been really impressed with Brad's work from the get go. Brad came one evening and we spoke about what we wanted, his turn around time for the initial proposals was super impressive, we wanted to make a few tweaks along they way and Brad has been more than accommodating.
